All cash offers are subject to a physical inspection of the property, title search, and verification of the information you provided. Offers may be adjusted if inspection or title work reveals information materially different from what was initially represented.
Submitting a form, requesting an offer, or speaking with our team creates no obligation for you to sell your property to us, and no obligation for us to purchase it. Either party may decline to move forward at any time prior to signing a formal purchase agreement.
